Family Run

Last night I had the pleasure of running with my husband. This does not happen very often so it was quite a treat. My son was running on the track with his track and field club at the same time.

Good times!

Over the years Ken & I have switched being the faster runner. For awhile I was faster. Now he's much faster. We'll see what happens next! But it is fun to workout together.
