I have taken a break from swimming since the beginning of the year to fix my shoulder.
This means that I have already broken one of my New Year's resolutions to swim, bike and run at least once a week in 2012.
Massage and ART have brought it a long way but it still isn't 100%. I have moved on to having acupuncture twice a week and have also had one session of cupping.
Both are new to me but seem to be helping the progress.
Still not sure when I am going to be ready to get back in the pool. I don't' want to have a setback before I am ready.
