Feeling the effects of the weekend

Today I was pretty sure I was not going to make it though the day without falling asleep at my desk. After a weekend of celebrating Tim's 20th High School Reunion, a 75 km bike on Saturday and a 21.2km run on Sunday, I am BEAT! The 6:30am start at work today didn't help thing out either.

Anyway, I woke up this morning pretty tired and with no interest in getting on my bike. I negotiated with myself for a few minutes then decided I would ride tonight and maybe skip my run. Or maybe do both after work. Or run at work and then ride tonight.

So now I am brewing coffee and Blogging.
