Here is the next four weeks of Ironman Canada training for me.

How do you like the IMC 2009 countdown clock? Thanks to Iron Newman for giving me that idea.

not trying to be nosy... but i might be able to give you some advice, if you want, about ironman training.

i wouldn't mind taking a look what your doing. it's not like you have enough people helping you out, but hey... i thought i could throw some things at you.
