Believe it Do it!

Last night I was killing time before picking Jamieson up from day camp at London Drugs when I made the most amazing discovery. I was thinking about painting my nails for the big IMC day to match my SAA uniform. It has been a long time since I thought about nail polish. With all my training and early morning swimming, I barely have time to do my hair let alone get a manicure or pedicure. This crazy shade of HOT PINK spoke to me from the shelf. I picked up the bottle and turned it over to reveal the name of the colour. The name of this shade is:
Believe it, Do it!

Who is the April Fool for Running this Far?

With only two more long long runs before my marathon taper, I set out on a 34km adventure around Vancouver.  I had great company and I felt pretty good.  The hills in Vancouver won but I think it will be good training for next week's longest run and ultimately the marathon.

My weekly swim distance increased this week to 2600m.  Although it was not faster, I felt stronger.  It is always fun to go to work with goggle marks around my eyes.
